The Olney Web Ring is the home for all sites connected in anyway with the small market town of Olney in England, UK. Any relevant site can join provided that the content is suitable for all ages. Olney is the home of the world famous "Pancake Race" and is where the hymn "Amazing Grace" was written.The only stipulations are the sites must be based in the Olney area and must have a visible fully active Navigation Bar in order that ring surfers can navigate using the WebRing Nav Bar from each member’s website to each other website completing the full ring.

All web rings give provision for all who join them to use an HTML code instead of the first offered Java code, the HTML code can be found at the bottom of the Get Navigation Code link page, that can be found from Member Tools below, it is obligatory that you use one of these codes on the registered web page to this ring when filling in your ring account on joining, so if you join using your Home Page the code must go on the Home Page and no other. If you wish to change to a different page like a Link Page you must change the url address in the ring account to that new url address by going to Edit Site Information from Member Tools below then re-collect your new code to upload your new web page.
