Tip for new ring owners - 12/07/2008
I'm the new owner of dozens of webrings with long standinng members. After reading these two blogs on the front page (webring.com), I decided to just start referring members of my rings to these blogs for a detailed explanation of webring requirements. If you haven't read them, view them here:

If you're a new ring owner due to the auctions, you might want to do the same thing. In my opinion, this puts a lot of authority behind the ring owner. After all, we haven't created our own standards--we're just enforcing the existing standards.
