This page does not list the overage charges.

You must click to learn more about the overage charges.

I recommend that be changed to present the info without the need to click.

The overage charges are 10 cents per membership per year.

They are also $1 per webring owned per year, up to a limit, then $2.00 per webring owned per year.

My suggestion is to add this information to to be more informative.

Where do I click to find that additional information, James?

There are "buttons" on that page to click for more information.

Ah yes, I found it under the buttons I wasn't interested in clicking on. (Before you know it you buy yourself into a membership you don't want.) But now I found that paying members can, indeed, pay extra for additional rings.

I don't think many people will get more enthousiastic if they find out they are allowed to pay more though. It just relaxes the max. number of rings limitation.

I am sure glad I have never put a lot of work into building myself a large number of rings.
