FEATURED SITES - 02/08/2006
I can not understand why WebRing requires a maximum limit of 3 featured sites per Ring.
I probably will need more very soon.
Will that be possible?

It can be considered, but the value of featuring begins to diminish the more you have. You can consider raising the fee you charge to let the members essentially "bid" for the space.

We might consider some sort of rotation arrangement, where we pick three each day; perhaps weight the selection based on the amount offered so those offering more are featured more.

At some point, featuring stops making sense. What IS a limit?

If everyone is featured, is featuring really featuring?

You ask for more than three. My question back to you is ... what is a logical limit?
