Unable to create a new ring - 01/08/2006
I am unable to create a new ring as the page which displays says I have a failed nevigation code with a member's site. I do not as I have checked innumerable times.

Neither do I have a failed status with any of my sites in other people's rings. I have checked these innumerable times as well. All my codes are fine and "PASS".

What is he difficulty?

Please advise. Thank you very much indeed. Cheers!

You need to recheck the 'Your Ring Memberships' page (sort by failing). You'll notice you have 1 membership that is Active while all the rest are Active/Pass. I realize that that membership is actually Passing yet since it doesn't show that on the 'Your Ring Memberships' page, the system thinks you have a failing membership. You need to test the site manually. (the techs are working on a fix for this)

On a different note, you have at least 2 Rings in that ID that have less than 3 members. You need to bring those up to at least 3 members before you'll be able to create a new Ring.
